2015 P.E.A.C.E. Annual Leadership Retreat

This year, the annual retreat in the Leadership of P.E.A.C.E was held in Truro, Massachusetts. Our main discussion this year evolved around the question, “Who are we now AND what are we doing?” We spent time on listening to the different perspectives and needs we see in the communities surrounding us. Besides our main discussion on how we will continue our advocacy, we came to the consensus to emphasize a focus on social media such as Twitter and Facebook, to increase our membership. We attended to details relating to our finances, continuing our Mini Grant Projects, our partnership with DEY, and information regarding our upcoming NAEYC conference in Orlando.
