Juneteeth

June 19th, known as Juneteenth, is a day of celebration for African American communities around the United States. This day symbolizes freedom and is shared though different festivities such as people enjoying art, food, and music. There are many different ways we can educate children about this day as well as the tragedy of enslavements and racism.
